At Dollvo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer refunds only in specific cases as outlined below.

💸 Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received a wrong item that differs from what you ordered.


📦 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at dollvocare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.


2. Include:

Your Order ID

A clear unboxing/unpacking video showing the issue

A brief description of the problem

 


Our team will review the request within 2 to 3 business days.

🔁 Refund Process

If your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup of the product.

The item must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

Once received and inspected, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


🚫 Refunds Not Applicable
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Request made after 7 days of delivery.

Product is used, damaged by customer, or not in original packaging.

No unboxing video provided.

For reasons like “changed my mind”.
